Hi My Iphone 8 is frozen with a black screen. After putting it for a charge i don't see a battery red icon so no charging. i am unable to locate it on itune to reset either. All i hear is a noise from the back o the phone once i put it to charge like noise that a processor is running. Please help

Thank you for the reply, have tried everything on the link but the black screen remains. The phone doesn’t even start charging ( don’t even see a red icon). Also every time i put it for a charge there is a subtle static noise from the back of the phone.
