Hello,

First of all, by disabled, do you mean that you see this screen:

If you have already tried resetting your iPhone by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Content and Settings. Then you’ll need to reset your iPhone with a PC or Mac.

  1. On a Mac with macOS Catalina 10.15, open Finder. On a Mac with macOS Mojave 10.14 or earlier, or on a PC, open iTunes.
  2. Connect your device to your computer.
  3. If a message asks for your device passcode or to Trust This Computer, follow the on-screen steps. If you’ve forgotten your passcode, get help
  4. Select your device when it appears on your computer. For an unresponsive device or one that won’t turn on, learn what to do. Or get help if your device doesn’t appear on your computer.
  5. Click Restore [device]. If you’re signed in to Find My, you need to sign out before you can click Restore.

Click Restore again to confirm. Your computer erases your device and installs the latest iOS, iPadOS or iPod software.

After your device has restored to factory settings, it will restart. Now you can set it up as new.

Let me know if you need any more help :)

Thanks, EpicX

If you forgot your passcode, or if a message says that your device is disabled, learn what to do.

You need a computer to follow these steps. If you don't have a computer, borrow one from a friend.

I am sorry, if you have forgotten your Lock Screen passcode and there is no backup, then all data is lost, if you have one, not to worry.

Without backup what you will get back is what you have synced to iCloud and uploaded to iCloud Drive; information already synced and stored in iCloud, like Contacts, Calendars, Bookmarks, Mail, Notes, Voice Memos, shared photosiCloud Photos *, Health data, call history, and files you store in iCloud Drive.

*-If you had turned on iCloud Photos, your content is automatically stored in iCloud.
