Do you have a pending payment for an application that needs to be downloaded on your device? If not, I recommend to restart the device you're using to see if that helps resolve the issue you're experiencing.

  1. Which device are you currently using?
  2. Do you experience this behavior on both cellular data and Wi-Fi?
