Question: iPhone hardware or software issue?
Hey all, so last night my iPhone 8+ restarted randomly, no auto updates or anything. When it booted it showed no battery percentage and just a small red line in the battery. I plugged it into charge and nothing. It also keeps restarting every 5-10 minutes. Tried other cables, cleaned charging port and tried other wall / usb adapters. I hard reset at first and still the same issue. I attempted to update to latest iOS thinking it could be a software issue but didn't help. The iPhone also will not connect to any PC or Mac via any cable or usb port
Then I factory reset and still the same issue. No battery percentage or ability to charge.
