As noted in this resource, if you were informed of this charge via email and it's not an item listed in your purchase history, take a look at this resource: If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support


Be sure to follow the steps to cancel the subscription successfully: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
