Question: people can’t hear me on the phone

I've just bought a new iPhone 11, purple, 128 GB on Apr 9, 2020 at East Brunswick, NJ (Best Buy)


my problem is that people can’t hear me on the phone. They may hear me for a bit and then it’s as if I’m on mute. Please advise


P.S. the voice recorder records the voice properly
