Question: Q: Wifi connection

Thank you for reaching out at Apple Support Communities today. I want to make sure that I understand exactly what is happening with the Wi-Fi connection on your MacBook Pro running macOS High Sierra so that I can provide the most relevant assistance.

What type of problem are you facing? (e.g. is it not connecting, slow, telling you the password is incorrect, etc.?)

Have you tried sing Wireless Diagnostics to get recommendations and/or reports about your Wi-Fi connection? If not, I would start there:

If your Mac doesn't connect to the Internet over Wi-Fi

If I understand correctly, your Mac can see the wireless network but it won't connect to the network. Does it give you an error prompt like incorrect password, or does it just spin?

What happens when you run Wireless Diagnostics? Does it give you any recommendations?
