Question: Keyboard not working

I'm using the macbook pro 13 inch from 2017. Recently my keyboard stopped working suddenly. It was working fine and then I let the mac go to sleep and when I woke it up, the whole keyboard stopped working. The trackpad is working normally. The touchbar works except for the touch ID which stopped working several month ago. While looking up ways to reset smc and nvram or pram, I noticed that my laptop doesn't make any sound when booting up despite volume on. I don't know when this started happening.

I'm using a bluetooth keyboard and have tried to do a pram reset but because the laptop made no sound, I don't know if anything happened or not. There is still no sound when booting up so I'm assuming it didn't work. I can't do an smc reset with the bluetooth keyboard. I've tried running a diagnostic and it said there was no problem.

With the current lockdown going on, I'm not sure if I can get it repaired at the shop anywhere. So my question is, is there anything I can do to fix this or find out why it stopped working?
