Stolen iPhone - Has someone unblocked it?

in early March my phone got stolen from my pocket. I spoke to Apple who swiftly blocked the phone. Yesterday I have various notifications telling me someone in Leeds is trying to change my Apple ID. I kept clicking the ‘Do not allow tab’. I then got an email (I’ll attach photos). I then got another email saying that a trusted phone number had been removed (which is my number) I have no idea what these mean really and I’m worried someone has got onto my old phone and managed to access all my things.
