Question: Can’t remove subscription

Hi .. I can not remove the old Gaia subscription information from my account... I can’t change my payment details because of this.... I have tried every possible way to remove it and I cannot ... I have been in contact with gaia they can’t remove it ... apparently iTunes has to ... please help
