Advanced Options missing?

I don't see any Advanced Options in Users & Groups (OS X Mojave 10.14.6).

Are these instructions out of date?

I did a migration from one system to another and it created a "User 1" home folder for the account because it already had "User" but after confirming everything was where I wanted it, and deleting the old "User" folder, I renamed the "User 1" folder to "User". The account name is the same so I didn't plan to change it but was just following instructions and there's only Reset Password and Open Parental Controls buttons for the account I migrated, which is also an administrator.
