You can create public shared albums in Photos and send the URL for them to those you want to share with. The URL is rather obscure and is unlikely to be obtained by a non-invitee.

Chrome is a browser. It doesn't share photos.


You can use iCloud to share the photos to other users through Shared Albums: Use Shared Albums in Photos - Apple Support


And there are a myriad of websites and on line tools that can let you share photos to other people, including Google Photos.

Also social media sites such as Facebook or Instagram.


There's many many options out there depending on what exactly you want to do.
