Phone goes straight to voice

My phone goes straight to voicemail if someone calls from a number that’s not listed in my contacts. I have checked and I do not have the do not disturb clicked on. Any idea how I can get it so my phone will ring whenever phone calls come in?

Go to Settings>Phone>Silence Unknown Callers and make sure that it's turned off.
