Pop up quizzes can't be scrolled

Using the UK government's new online school, Oak National Academy, it appears that when a quiz begins you are unable to scroll down on an ipad or iphone. I have tried looking for the answer, even opening chrome on the ipad, but still no joy. Any ideas anyone? I'm a teacher and need to let my class know ASAP. Thanks
