I'm unable to transfer some of my purchased music to a USB or my iPod (not Touch).

I see that you're unable to sync your music to your iPod. I can understand wanting to have these songs on your iPod, and I'd be happy to look into this with you.


Take a look at the article below for help with syncing your iPod with your computer. If you're using a Mac, depending on which version of software you're using, determines if you'll using Finder or iTunes. The article will provide that information to you as well.
