App store (application not responding).

I cant use the app store, every time i open the app store it keep saying "Application not responding" and my MacBook pro is macOS Catalina 10.15.4 please help me!!

I understand from your post that the App Store is not responding. I recommend testing the issue while your Mac is in safe mode and/or in a new user account.
