See If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201485

Given that you have been told that Apple does not have sufficient information to answer your security questions, note that

Security and your Apple ID https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201303says “without proof of your identity via security questions and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you reset a password or perform any other actions on your account.”

So, you are unable to answer your security questions satisfactorily, we won't be able to help you with your problem unless you have an extenuating circumstance (e.g., you have the receipt for the purchase of the pertinent device with its serial number on it or you have a court order instructing Apple to assist in the provision of access to a decedent’s information from the deceased person's accounts). If you think you have an extenuating circumstance, even one not mentioned above, then use the support options below to get help in solving your problem.

If pertinent, see How to request access to a deceased family member's Apple accounts https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208510).

Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security

If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support

You may need to reach Apple’s Account Security department. If you cannot find your country or are not able to call, then complete this form and send it to them.

Try using Apple's iForgot service. If it says they don't have sufficient information, you need to contact Apple's Account Security team. To reach them, click here and pick a method; if you can't use any of the ones listed, fill out and submit this form.

I do not understand the answer, You tell me that by entering wrong only support questions a few times, but knowing the apple id, knowing the password, where Apple id is also my e-mail for many years, apple is unable to help me reset this questions? Only password was for me the most important thing. I bought new mac 5 days ago and for the first time in my life created mac id and I did not write down the answer (i want it short so i created one word witch number in 3 questions) and now I have a problem with this? This system is a failure! don't you think?

I hope that this is only a time block and that I will be able to reset these questions in some time or i change them to dual authorization at all.
