Purchased tones
Hi, so I purchased a tone I wanted to use as my ringtone but when I bought it and downloaded it. It’s saying “downloaded” but when I go to that section (downloads) it is not there. So I cannot set it as my ringtone. What can I do?

I see that you've purchased a ringtone, but you can't locate it to use as a ringtone on your iPhone. I'm glad to help with this.
Use tones and ringtones with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- If you're not seeing your purchased ringtone up near the top of the list, follow the steps under "Redownload ringtones purchased with your Apple ID" to place it on your phone.
