Click on this link, How to upgrade to macOS Mojave - Apple Support

Read Section 1 to see if your mac can upgrade to Mojave.

Go to Section 4 and click on Get macOS Mojave.

Use a cabled connection to your mac, do not use the mac while downloading

or any other devices that share the same internet connection.
