Keep getting 404 - not found
How can I resolve this issue? I just changed router to Orbi and changed Wifi name with new modem.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! I see you're having an issue accessing web pages with Safari and I'd like to help.
Are you able to use the internet with other apps? Such as connecting to the iTunes or App Store? If it's just Safari, check out the steps here: If you can’t open a website in Safari on Mac
If it's not just Safari, are you connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable? You'll want to try the other connection to isolate the issue to your modem or Wi-Fi router.
If the issue is only with a Wi-Fi connection, did you forget the old Wi-Fi network and start a new connection? If so, check out the steps in this article: If your Mac doesn't connect to the Internet over Wi-Fi
If the issue happens also with an Ethernet connection, and it's more than just Safari, you'll want to contact your Internet Service Provider for assistance.
