How to cancel a subscription

I went through the directions to unsubscribe from apps and it keep charging me...and has no unsub option. I am starting to think it is the biggest scam on the planet.

I have desperately tried to cancel my subscription to DoFasting App, can NOT get them to cancel & continue to get charged, The App Store surely can help me...........?????? I’m at a total loss as to how to get this subscription canceled
