How to transfer iPhone Photos from iPhone to PC using iTunes

Hello can anyone tell me how to do this using iTunes (sync) ? I've looked at the iTunes window while the iPhone is connected to the PC but cannot see anything anywhere it says Photos.

iTunes is not used (directly) to transfer photos from iPhone to PC.
