File transfer from iphone to Macbook

i have downloaded some files with Safari and saved it on my iphone.How can i move this file to my macbook using usb cable ?

Where on your iPhone are the files saved? What type of files are these?

Use may use iTunes and look for the files under Files tab. Watch the GIF below

This was helpful but i cannot see my "Downloads" folder . How can i transfer the files that are in downloads folder.
