Which app are you using to conduct your Google searches? Are you using Safari or are you using the Google app? If you are using the Google app then check in the App Store for any updates for Google. If you are using Safari then open Settings ➔ Safari ➔ Search Engine and change the search engine to something different than Google and then get out of the Settings App. Then get back into the Settings app and set the search engine back to Google. See if what helps.
