Binoculars icon & Screen Sharing warning - failing to unlock with Apple Watch

This morning my lock screen lit up with the weirdest message and creepiest binocular icon. Since it shows up on lock screen, I can't click anything or hover the mouse on it. I've already run to google and Apple community threads to search for a solution and saw many different options, and some people seem to have gotten rid of it by changing a bunch of different things on their settings (which I also tried) however my situation does not fit any case:

-no sharing option is enabled (in settings-sharing)

-no smbd tick on Full Access Disk folder

-no displaylink drive found

-no Duet display

-last time I shared my screen was through an Apple TV, on October 2019

-no screen recording going on, either

Is this happening to anyone else?
