Unable to chaneg

My icloud storage is full. So I want to upgrade. But everytime I upgrade it asks me to add sufficient funds or change payment method. When I click on the current payment mode, it doesn't progress further. I am not able to change my payment mode. Please help

Have you tried everything described here to update your payment information?
