Free Apple TV for 1 year?

I have just bought my new iPad and want to use the application Apple TV. I hit the one year free for watching the Apple TV and it turns out that I still have to pay. What should I do with this?

The Apple TV+ subscription covers just the Apple Original content.

iTunes Store movies and TV shows (buy/rent) are not included, and will have to be payed for separately.

Other Apple TV app Channels are not included, and require a separate subscription.

I still don’t see where the free 1 year subscription is.

You have to purchase a new iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac to be eligible. You don’t mention if you have.

You have to redeem the offer on your new device in the TV app.

You have to redeem within 3 months.

You have to be in a country or region where Apple TV+ is available.

See Apple TV+ - One Year Offer - Apple for further details.

If you qualify and if you did as described in the guide, and you still do not get to see the year offer, then contact Apple Support. They can assist in getting you the service, if needed using activation codes.
