Problem with movie sound
Have just purchased movie from Apple TV -An Idiot Abroad- I cannot understand anything because the sound is so bad. Have watched others from these series with no problem.

If the sounds is bad on one particular movie or TV show or TV show episode only, then the issue may be at the source.
You can report that as a problem with your purchase.
Be descriptive about the way in which the audio is ‘bad’. Just “the sound is so bad” tells us almost nothing.
