Process for refund

Apple have auto debited some amount from my linked account for renewing PictureThis service free trial version of which was downloaded by me.

I do not want that service anymore and while contacting them they are diverting me to apple for refund of my amount.

can someone plz guide me further so that the amount can be refunded.
