Safari 13.1 is Buggy ... and another thing...

Perfectly legit sites like Chase.com error with "Problem with this webpage" on some machines. Other machines with same OS (10.13.6) and same safari version (13.1) work fine.

Apple really needs to stop being so "dear valued customer" Microsofty about things and get back to making solid products running solid software. At some point soon my users' frustrations with these problems are going to outweigh their desire to not (re)learn other OSes. And no, upgrading everyone to Catalina is NOT a solution because Apple does not exist in a vacuum and our OS and business-critical software needs to work so updates have to be coordinated.

Thanks,

Jeff

Do you have a question? We are not Apple here, just users trying to help one another. For what it’s worth, ranting will usually get you ignored by people who might be able to help. So are you an administrator for a school or are you an independent consultant with clients when you state ‘my users’? Do you have any experience in troubleshooting browser problems, like emptying caches, deleting cookies, etc.? Those two things are the first line of troubleshooting.

By the way, threatening to leave the platform is not an effective way to get help either. If you think your users won't have similar issues on other platforms you are sorely mistaken.
