Question: MacBook pro 16 not charging
Hi ,
I had purchased my MBP 16 in December 2019 and it all started well when unboxed had some charge. I thought i will charge MBP later and i just kept the MBP in the sleeve and did not charge it for 4 months since i got busy with work and was travelling.
Now with the quarantine / WFH I thought I will start using the new MBP more.
But to my surprise the MBP does not start , tried connecting the charger it wont charge. Tried the SMC thing and still no charge. The only thing that happens is that when i power on the screen comes on shows a low battery icon and goes off.
Since all non essential stores are closed cannot take it to Apple to check.
Any help on this would be of great help.
