Question: Siri works properly only after rebooting.

Hello everybody.

I started to have this problem since the release of iOS 13, and I’m getting tired of it.

Siri works properly only for few days after I reboot my iPhone X. It always follows the same identical pattern:

1) It works fine for a couple of days.

2) It doesn’t work at the first attempt (it only does the sound but it doesn’t show the interface with the wave) it works at the second attempt. And it last in this way for other few days.

3) It starts not working at all. Basically you hear the sound and immediately after that, the closing sound.

4) At this point if I reboot the iPhone, the pattern starts again from the point 1.

This happens with my urban beats X. But it happens as well using the physical button on the iPhone.

Instead calling Siri with the Hey Siri hands free, it’s not effected.

The interface gets messed up as well, please see screenshot attached.

I tried to hard reboot the iPhone.

I tried to reset the urban beats X.

I tried to reinstall the ISO on the iPhone.

and I tried to reset the network settings.

I’m running iOS 13.4.1.

I hope you can help me to find a solution.

Thanks

iPhone X, iOS 13

Hello alias83,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand from the information you provided that you’re unable to use Siri on your iPhone; I'd like to help.

The following support article provides some troubleshooting steps to try for this behavior:

If Siri or "Hey Siri" isn't working - Apple Support

If you try all these steps and still have an issue, let's have you isolate this issue more by trying to access Siri while connected to a different network.

Hope this helps.

Best Regards.
