I’ve been trying to get ahold of Apple support for an hour ! My husband got a new iPhone yesterday and he got locked out of it and we don’t know how to get into it or anything . This is very ridiculous that it even happened and we can’t get a hold of ANYONE TO HELP US

We are not Apple here, just users like yourselves trying to help one another. First question, did your husband buy his iPhone second hand from an individual or an online place like eBay? All Apple Stores and most authorized sellers are closed during the stay-at-home orders.
He bought it through spectrum mobile , we had it delivered to our house

He literally forgot the password he put in 🤦🏻♀️ And now he locked out to the point it says iPhone disabled something about plugging into iTunes
He needs to follow the instructions in this document --> If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled
None of this is working everything wants you to access your iPhone and we can’t no get into the iPhone
