I tried to install calibre on my Mac but it is all in arabic language so I've tried to disinstall it but I am not able to do it. Can you help me? How can I install calibre in italian? Thank you

Is this a problem from the Mac App Store?
Or are you downloading the software from the developer website?
Two great utilities for removing software include:
AppDelete 4.3.3 and Piriform CCleaner (Note: CCleaner cleans much more, and the other functions other than the application delete function should be left to experts who know what they are doing. System caches should never be deleted. And cookie deletes if not selected the right way can wipe out your stored passwords).
If you have created a library of books, that database would be stored in
Finder -> Go -> Go to folder -> ~/Application Support/calibre
that first character is a Tilda and is often on the upper left corner of your keyboard.
