Replacing Screen during Shut Down

Hello. Any suggestions on how to go about replacing my screen (MacBook Pro) during Covid-19 pandemic? I spoke to Apple support in Jan/Feb and it was confirmed it was a hardware issue (my screen is faded green). Unfortunately, I waited too long and now we're in a shut down. Looking for ideas.

Apple offers a mail-in service. Contact Support again and they will arrange to send you a return shipping container. See the first paragraph in this Apple support document:
