Problem in copying files

Hey to the concern department,

Hope you people are going good,

Would you people mind if i ask some kind of favor, I am facing problem while copying my data from my cell phone Apple Iphone 7Plus to my windows PC.

All time i do i just get this error notification "The device is unreachable". Kindly sort out some solutions regarding this.
