Question: How To Remove A (non-bootcamp?) Partition?

A while back I was trying to run Windows on my MacBook Pro. I tried Boot Camp, but (I can't remember why now) it didn't work or I didn't like it, or maybe there was some problem with the storage amount. Anyways, I asked my friend for help and he did something, but I'm not sure what he did.

Right now I have 3 partition sections: Macintosh HD, OSXRESERVED, and one called ASRNewVolume_1573. I currently only have one startup disk (Macintosh HD - so no Windows), and I don't care about getting Windows, but I want to unlock the 89.7 GB that is currently in this ASRNewVolume_1573 partition. If I try to change the size of this partition, it just creates a new untitled partition which I cannot add to the Macintosh HD partition (but it will allow me to add that untitled partition back into the ASR partition). I cannot delete this ASR partition either. The ASR partition says its format is APFS, although it allows me to change that (I'm not sure what that means). On disk utility, I have 3 categories (not under the partition section): Container disk3 which contains Macintosh HD, OSXRESERVED, and Container disk4 which contains ASRNewVolume_1573. When I right click on Container disk4, it gives me a series of options, including eject, but eject is grayed out and I cannot click it. Another option is erase, but that doesn't work. Is there anything I can do to fix this and reclaim the 89 GB?
