I renewed my Apple Music subscription and it was charged to my account yet I am still unable to listen to music.

What happens when you try to play music?


Was your subscription renewed prior to expiration? Or did it expire, then was renewed at a later date?


Which device and iOS version are you using?


Are you connected via Wi-Fi or cellular data?
