Question: App Store
I can't download apps from App Store. It won't let me put my card info in. It won't let me put in the United States, saying I need to use Albania instead.

I recommend I starting with these steps to Change your Apple ID country or region and be sure the correct country is showing in your App Store for your Apple ID. Keep in mind, you'll need to have a billing method and address for the country you are using for your Apple ID.
