This is the Apple Support Community, we have no access to your account, or payments.

Before you cancel your iCloud storage subscription, I would recommend backing up your device to a Mac or PC, as your iPhone won’t be able to store all the storage.

Cancel your storage subscription from an iPhone or iPad

1. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Manage Storage.
2. Tap Change Storage Plan > Downgrade Options.
3. Enter your Apple ID password and tap Manage.
4. Select the Free 5 GB storage option and tap Done.
5. Confirm you want to Downgrade your storage.

Cancel Your iCloud Storage From a Mac:

1. Open the Apple menu and go to System Preferences > Apple ID, then select iCloud from the sidebar.
2. Click Manage > Change Storage Plan > Downgrade Options.
3. Enter your Apple ID password and click Manage.
4. Select the Free 5 GB storage option and click Done.
5. Confirm your details and click Done.

Cancel Your iCloud Storage From a Windows PC:

1. Open iCloud for Windows.
2. Click Storage > Change Storage Plan > Downgrade Options.
3. Select the Free 5 GB storage option and click Done.
4. Confirm your details and click Done.
