Question: Iphone XR frozen with apple logo.
I know of 2 other people that have had the same issue. One in California and one in Connecticut. Apple wants to charge me $399 to repair a phone that I owe $250 on. I do not feel that this is my fault. It seems like a software or update malfunction. I've been on the phone with apple support for 3 hours. I am actually considering getting an Android.
