Music Bought on iTunes Store

Good day.

I hope you are well. I bought music from iTunes store yesterday and it is playing on my PC, however when being Sync to my phone, the songs have been hidden and I get the message that the music is not available in my region. However yesterday it was playing fine on my phone. What could be the problem? The music has already been paid for. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help with purchased iTunes music. It sounds like you synced purchased music from your computer to your iPhone that is now grayed out on your iPhone. I'll do the best I can to help, but I do have a few questions.


How did you sync?


Are you an Apple Music member on your iPhone?


Do you have different Apple IDs on the devices?


You can always see Link Maker and determine if the music is available in your country in either iTunes or Apple Music. You just need to change the Country or Region and Media Type before searching.
