What code is it that you had listed?


A code can only be redeemed once, and per Apple Account. So, if you have redeemed it, then it should be accessible across all devices associated to the Apple Account.

So, did you get an error when adding the codes? If not, then I am sure they went through. Just wait a bit. If need be, logout and then back in.


Did you Purchase iTunes Cards?:

Try adding the $100 once more. If it does not proceed, then contact Apple Support.
