Question: Unresponsive
Before I send my phone in to be repaired they want me to turn off my location and back it up to the cloud. But my screen is unresponsive and not working so its impossible to do. How would I go about that?

You cannot. That information is always given before a device goes into repair. You can remove Find My from a computer. Log into your iCloud account and remove the device from your account. That will remove Find My.
