Question: System Folder

Hello!

My name is Theodora and I think that I have quite a problem with my MacBook Air 2019 (Mojave).

When I go to the About This Mac>Storage my System always seems to take more and more space. I am afraid that I will run out of space soon. I seriously do not know what to do.

Thank you all in advance!
