Question: Phones

We have and iPhone 8 and iPhone SE. Two different users two different cell phone accounts. A couple of weeks ago the SE phone got all of the pictures and mime's from the iphone8. Then, the SE phone got a message that their cloud was full. So the SE phone deleted all of the pictures and mime's. So the i phone 8 lost all of it's pictures. Now about four days agao the iphone8 started receiving all of the SE phones text messages both the ones the SE sent and the ones the SE's contacts sent back. Now when the SE phone sends a text to the iphone 8 it's acting like it is the iphone 8 and the iphone8 cannot send a text back to the SE phone. We called the cell phone company and they said it is an iphone problem and they cannot help us out.

It sounds like the two phones are using the same iCloud account. While they may be on different cell accounts, it seems they are sharing the iCloud account. A very bad idea as you have seen. iMessages between iOS devices sound like iMessage are set up with the same Apple ID as well. That has nothing to do with the cell phone company.
