Snapchat is not working with my LTE

I’m not sure why my data keeps turning off Snapchat. I get the notifications, and I have strong data but it keeps turning Snapchat off.

iPhone XS, iOS 13

SnapChat is not an Apple product, best you ask the app developer on their website/forum for support.
