Question: How to remove a restriction off my iPad

I recently got my iPad from someone and they factory reset it. When I set it up with my iCloud account, I noticed that it didn’t ask me for my apple iTunes info. Jumping to the point, my iPad is restricted from EVERYTHING. It says that the device is basically on lockdown by an app or website called MDM Profile (Flywheel Sports). I can’t access messages, FaceTime, photos, iTunes, App Store, etc. I can’t download anything ! PLEASE help me get this removed or tell me how or what I should do !!!!!

iPad Air 2, iPadOS 13

Answer:
Answer:

Your iPad is being managed by an MDM. You need to contact the person that you got the iPad from. They need to explain how you can get this iPad removed from that MDM. Those are generally used to companies to manage all of their corporate devices. You will not be able to use this device.
