Question: Apple Mail emails disappearing from screen on iPhoneXS

Hi,

The emails in the inbox disappear from view after 5-10 seconds.

If I go back to the Mailboxes Folders, they return but only for another 5-10 seconds.

I've updated to OS 13.3.1 but this problem persists.

Any suggestions?

Ted

Hi there Ted Jed,

I’m happy to see that you posted to the Apple Support Communities for assistance and I understand you having issues related to the emails in your inbox. I'm happy to help out.

The video you included in this post was very helpful. At the bottom of the screen in the Mail app, I saw it mentioned “Account Errors". When you tapped on “Details” next to it, what did you see? Do you run into any issues your mail from a web browser on a Mac or PC? Who’s your service provider for these accounts?

Please ensure that your iPhone is running the latest iOS version of iOS 13.4.1. You can find it by navigating to Settings > General > About. If not, updating would be appropriate. Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Have a good one!

Thanks for your reply Starr.

The 'Account Errors' are from 2 email accounts which are no longer active (I just haven't deleted those accounts to keep the historical emails).

I have no issues on my iMac desktop, Powerbook or iPad ~ this problem is exclusively on my iPhoneXS.

The iOS is 13.3.1, I'll update and see how it goes.

Thank you for your reply and suggestions,

Ted
