itunes - device tab - music settings - can not change settings sync options

What do I need to do so I can uncheck entire music library? I want to change it to selected …. etc

Put a check mark in the Sync Music box, and the others will come to life. Then select whatever options you want.

How to stop music from syncing to device on itunes Just recently, iTunes has started to sync my entire music library to any device I backup or sync with iTunes. I've done all I can find to not allow this - unchecked everything related to syncing music in preferences and the music tabs. It never did this before. I do not want any music on my iPhone as I still have an iPod and I prefer to use that for my music, so I've always had it handled manually. Music Library iTunes Whenever I sign in new on iTunes, it immediately takes me to my music library. I want to remove that feature. Isn’t there a way to make it that whenever I sign in to iTunes, it takes my somewhere else like browse, movies library, devices, etc. etc.

HOW TO CHECK AND UNCHECK SONGS IN MY ITUNES LIBRARY (timeline September 2021) I have just downloaded iTunes onto my new windows laptop and there is no option to check or uncheck songs in my iTunes Library. This is an important feature for me as the library is far bigger than the memory of my iTouch and I only want to copy certain songs onto that device. Without it I cannot update my iTouch which is really irritating.
